Just a passing thought

Recently, I read somewhere that there is no market for your sorrows in the whole wide world so do not advertise them. I've been thinking about it....does this mean that you can't share your sorrows with people you are closest to? Is the concept of best friends...a farce?

Not sure if in today's age, time and constant pressures of work are to be blamed. Don't know if people are acting happy or really are. On the other hand, it is an optimistic ( and to an an extent, boring) feeling of us living in a sorrow-free world!
